A new six-storey, 53,000 sq ft office building next to Blackpool North station, forming phase five of the Talbot Gateway regeneration. Delivered by Muse with Blackpool Council for the Ministry of Defence, with completion due in 2027.

Demacia scope: new partitions, new plasterboard ceilings, and grid ceilings including SAS metal pan tile ceilings with margins.

Royal Shrewsbury Hospital – Hospitals Transformation Programme

A new four-storey, 27,000 m² clinical building for The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust, providing emergency, maternity, children’s and critical care facilities. The building is planned to open in 2028.

Demacia scope: Drylining, SFS (steel framing system) and spray plastering.

Fairfield General Hospital – Emergency Department expansion
